A Woodhaven man died Friday after he was pulled from the bottom of a relative's swimming pool in Commack, police said.
John Croke, 49, was discovered at 5:45 p.m. in the Windward Lane pool and taken to Huntington Hospital where he was pronounced dead, police said.
Police said the homicide squad is investigating the incident but it does not appear to be suspicious.
A family member at the Croke residence in Woodhaven declined to comment Friday night.
