Police say a 14-year-old girl was sexually assaulted Thursday morning on her way to school in Queens, sources tell CBS 2 HD.
A male suspect carrying a knife attacked the victim just after 6 a.m. near Beach Street and Brookhaven Avenue in Far Rockaway.
The victim was removed to a local hospital. The extent of her injuries are not yet known.
