"A sanitation worker got a grim surprise Monday when he checked an abandoned car in Queens and discovered a foot sticking out of a plastic bag inside, authorities said.
The body, wrapped in transparent plastic, was found at about 10:20 a.m. in a black 1999 Lexus parked along Park Lane S. near a heavily wooded section of Forest Park.
Police turned over the body to the city's medical examiner's officer, which has not identified the remains.
The car was registered to Yuriy Grinchuk, 40, of Brooklyn.
Grinchuk was arrested in Brooklyn in April on misdemeanor assault charges of roughing up his girlfriend, Lyubov Tulaykina, also of Brooklyn."
