An elderly man was pistol-whipped and robbed yesterday at his Queens home in broad daylight, authorities said.
The 77-year-old victim was accosted by two armed men as he entered his home on Whitelaw Street near Arion Road in Ozone Park shortly before 1:30 p.m., officials said.
The attackers struck him in the head with the butt of a pistol and swiped his cellphone.
The victim was not seriously injured, sources said. No arrests have been made.
