Tim Johnson galvanized the audience like no other speaker on April 30 in Staten Island with his assault on mayoral control and the leadership of Joel Klein and Mayor Bloomberg. And with Chris Cerf sitting just a few feet away. Randi Weingarten, Betsy Gotbaum, Robert Jackson, and CSA head Ernie Logan were all featured speakers.
