NEW YORK (AP) -- Police say a criminal charge against a Queens grandmother who disappeared with her 2-year-old granddaughter has been dropped.
The two of them vanished Friday morning but returned home Sunday morning. Little Chassity Rosario was taken to a hospital for evaluation. Annette Marchado initially was charged with acting in a manner that could injure a child. But after police investigated more they and prosecutors decided to drop the charge
